This Saturday, February 2, is Groundhog Day and the great folks at the Dupont Festival are hosting their second annual celebration to watch as Potomac Phil (pictured) looks for his shadow.
Tradition dictates that neighbors bring their families, wear top hats, and join Councilmember Jack Evans and others to see whether we will have six more weeks of winter or not. The event begins early, at 7:30AM, and Potomac Phil will check for his shadow promptly at 8:00AM.
